My husband and I went in for Mother’s Day brunch our server Haley was fantastic there was a bit of a issue our order accidentally got misplaced but the floor manager Paige fixed the mix up and took care of our bill. We would have gladly paid the food was awe and the staff wonderful!!! We will definitely go back.

Had an amazing experience at Brown's Socialhouse Courtenay! Sage was absolutely fantastic—super friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. The food was great, the atmosphere was awesome, and Sage’s service truly made the night even better. If you're planning a visit, I highly recommend asking to sit in Sage’s section!

Food was really good. The server was an absolute gem. We were seated at table 206 around 6pm on August 3rd and our server was a delight. Very charismatic and just wonderful. A fabulous dinner. Thank you so much to our server. She really made our night

Delicious food, fantastic service, reasonable prices! So many items on the menu looked delicious, so it was very hard to choose what to order. Everything tasted great, Browns has become a new favourite for me. Can't wait to go back!

My boyfriend and I come here regularly for a few drinks and the occasional meal. The staff is always super friendly, we love when Mac bartends. He always greets us with a smile and friendly conversation. All of the servers are great, our absolute favorite is Hailey. She's also so kind and has a very positive vibe.
